Pre-Natal Massage Therapy
Research shows prenatal massage therapy can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Prenatal massage therapy addresses different needs through varying techniques, one of which is called Swedish Massage. Mothers that are later than 12+ weeks are welcome to receive massage care. It is recommended to wait until 12+weeks to receive massages. Please consult your physician before receiving care.
